Can you allocate components to every tent type & manufacturer?

Yes! We have experience setting up accounts for every tent type and manufacturer. We can even set up accounts for custom-built tents and companies that ‘mix & match’ manufactured components to build tents & floors.

I build tents differently from other companies, how can you set up an account for how we do things?

Every company we speak to has slightly different ways they build tents, as well as different names/descriptions they use for components. For example, some companies might call base plates, footplates. For us to complete the set up we first need 1-hour of your time to understand how you build the structures and what component names you use. We then do the heavy lifting and build your account.

Is the system easy to update once we start using it?

Yes, very easy. Once your account is up & running it's easy to make changes.

Can I run my current system at the same time?

Yes, most companies keep their old system running for 2-4 weeks during the set up process.

Can I download my stock list from my current system and use this?

Yes, often companies can download their inventory list which we can use to create your account. If you can't do this, we have very easy to use set up spreadsheet to help you.
